Jewell needs just 670 more alumni to give before June 30th to receive a challenge gift of $150,000. Dianne Jeter Shumaker '66, through the final phase of her generous Shumaker Challenge, will give $150,000 to the Jewell Fund if 25 percent or more alumni give a gift of any amount by the end of our current fiscal year. Currently, 20 percent of alumni have provided a gift to the College so far this fiscal year.
