Baseball and Softball Tailgate

Join the William Jewell College Office of Alumni Relations as we honor the Men's Baseball Team and the Women's Softball Team for Senior Day. Enjoy a tailgate lunch served near the Polly Grant Memorial Baseball Field. Lunch includes grilled hot dogs, brats and burgers; baked beans, potato salad, cookies and soft drinks. After lunch watch the men battle Baker University at 1:00 p.m. while the women challenge Central Methodist University in a double header at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person and advance reservations are required. HAAC Track and Field Championships

William Jewell hosts the HAAC Track and Field championships. The Heart of America Athletic Conference consists of Avila University, Baker University, Benedictine College, Central Methodist University, Culver-Stockton College, Evangel University, Graceland University, Lindenwood University, MidAmerica Nazarene University, Missouri Valley College and William Jewell College. Members of the WJC Sororities are invited to join us on the Country Club Plaza for dinner at Buca di Beppo and a slumber party at the newly renovated Sheraton Suites. We'll journey to Jewell on Saturday morning for breakfast at the President's home and a tour of campus landmarks and Semple Hall and Wing.
