GIVING TO JEWELL

Did you enjoy your "Jewell experience?" Do you see your Jewell education at work in your career or everyday life? Do you agree with the strategic direction of the College? Do you believe in the promise that Jewell has made to its students (click here to read William Jewell's promise).

If you answered "yes" to any of the questions above, you can express your appreciation and confidence in William Jewell in a very tangible way with a gift of any size. An alumni donation provides a means of expressing gratitude for a life-changing experience, a "thank you" for shaping your mind for success, a personal stamp of approval of the current strategic direction and vision, or a belief that Jewell can and will make a difference with today's students.

An alumni donation says "I value my college education," and "I want future students to know that I cherished my time there." Few people are ever able to give buildings or endow a faculty position, but many can provide an endorsement of an experience.

Below are the names of all alumni who have provided William Jewell College with a "vote of confidence" through a financial gift or pledge this fiscal year, which began on July 1, 2005 and will end on June 30, 2006. These alumni donors represent 17 percent of the entire William Jewell alumni community. For the College to improve its reputation and rankings and have a better chance of obtaining significant funding from foundations and corporations, William Jewell must work towards receiving donations from 30 percent or more of its alumni on an annual basis.

If your name appears below, thank you very much for helping Jewell become an even better place. If your name does not appear, will you give Jewell your vote of confidence with a gift to the Jewell Fund today? You may do so by clicking the "Give to Jewell" link at the top and providing your online donation, or by contacting us at jewellfund@william.jewell.edu and requesting a postage-paid envelope.

Thank you for helping William Jewell fulfill its promise to our students!
