Great Wolf Lodge recap
On Friday, January 27, 55 alumni, future alumni and friends of William Jewell College made a huge splash at the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS. Conquering the 50,000-square-foot indoor water park, participants braved the 1,000-gallon tipping bucket, navigated eight waterslides, splashed in five pools, relaxed in two giant hot tubs and explored a four-story interactive tree house. Water logged tales were told during a snack break and attendees checked out the other activities at the lodge, including the arcade, story time and craft corner. Did they play hard and have fun? Several parents claimed their future alumni fell asleep in their car seats before they left the parking lot.
