SIGMA NU FRATERNITY, INC. JOB POSTING:
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
SUMMARY:
Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. is looking to hire an enthusiastic, team-oriented leader to serve as a member of our strengthened Finance and Accounting Department at our Headquarters Office in Lexington, Va. The Director of Financial Operations will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
This Director will play the primary management role in two key areas of the Fraternity's Finance and Accounting Department:
1) Budgeting, Reporting and Planning
2) Collegiate Chapter Receivables and Collections
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university in the United States or Canada. |
|
Be an Initiate, in good standing, of Sigma Nu Fraternity. |
|
Must have PC experience in a Windows environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. |
|
Ability to protect the organization by keeping information confidential. |
|
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills. |
|
Ability to keep files and work area organized. |
|
Ability to work well under pressure. |
|
Ability to motivate others. |
|
Have demonstrated leadership qualities. |
|
Ability to research and resolve issues, take initiative and multi-task. |
|
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. |
|
Must be able to fluently read, write and understand the English language. |
