Ready to Hit the Road

This fall, as our students return to class, the General Fraternity is pleased to welcome two new Leadership Consultants to our ranks: Eliott Ponte (Hartford) and David Roberson (Baylor). With nearly a dozen weeks of training behind them, both Eliott and David are now ready to hit the road. However, before they begin their journey, we thought we would take a moment for some brief introductions. . .

Eliott C. Ponte (Mu Iota, Hartford) - Eliott is a graduate of the University of Hartford where he received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While attending the University of Hartford, Eliott served as the Student Body President, Executive Vice President of the Student Government, the National Communication Coordinator for the Residential Hall Association, an Orientation Leader and a Residential Assistant. Eliott received many distinguished honors during his time at the University of Hartford including "The Howard Dean Rosenblatt Award," which is the highest award a student can receive from the University and a Commendation from the State of Connecticut for his leadership and involvement in community service.

Born and raised in New York City, Eliott’s interests include traveling, weight lifting and various types of music, to name just a few. His future plans include attending law school, becoming a father, owning his own restaurant and serving in public office.
