Did
you know. . . that you can have guaranteed income for
life and help further the Sigma Nu mission? With the
stock market and investment income fluctuations wouldn't
it be great to know that you can lock in a guaranteed
rate of income for the remainder of your life?

| Founders'
Week of Service to Lend a Helping Hand
Imagine working for an organization whose
sole purpose is to benefit others. . . Every
day you go to work and your only responsibility
is to do something that will help those
around you. The organization's mission is
not to "increase profits," but,
rather, to treat a debilitating disease,
to help the homeless become homeowners,
or to aid today's youth in defining and
understanding their personal ethics and
values.

|
For
many of our undergraduate members, living such a
purposeful life in today's world, especially while
balancing the day-to-day demands of academia, is
something they find elusive. However, during our
Founders' Week of Service (March 26th through April
1st), our undergraduate members will have the opportunity
to "Serve in the Light of Truth" and give
something back to their communities.

| Convention
to Offer Golf Tournament and 5K Run/Walk
Options
Grand Chapter Registration is now online!
With hopes of drawing an even larger crowd
to convention this year, Regent Don Densborn
(Beta Eta - Indiana) has called for an |
|
unprecedented number of extra activities to be planned
in conjunction with the 62nd Grand Chapter. Two
of the most notable additions include a Sigma Nu
Golf Tournament and a 5K Run/Walk to benefit Sigma
Nu's Helping Hand Initiative. Although these events
are open for both alumni and undergraduate participation,
each will actually occur as pre-convention events
on Saturday, July 15, 2006.
Think you might be interested in either event? Read on for more information on how to participate!

| Transitioning
from Campus Life to the Real World
Earlier this year, the Sigma Nu Educational
Foundation launched Transitions,
an online newsletter designed for soon-to-be
and recent graduates. James Owens, Executive
Vice President said, "Transitions
is a series of 24 monthly newsletters
which will offer articles to |
|
help
our 20-something brothers navigate between college
life and the real world. This is an important
and often difficult time for many graduates.
This is the time when many will move from being
the BMOC (Big Man On Campus) to the low man
on the totem pole."
