Trumpeting Toward His Dream
It all started in the fifth grade at public school when Ryan Svendsen (UCLA) was given the opportunity to pick an instrument to learn. Thinking that the trumpet would be the easiest, since it only has three valves, Ryan made his choice and started down a road that has earned him a four-year scholarship to UCLA, the opportunity to play with the likes of Herbie Hancock and Robert Randolph and the potential to fulfill his dream to one day play with brother Boyd Tinsley (Virginia) and the Dave Matthews Band. |
