I will remember you.

The Foundation article in this month's issue of Forever Phi Mu provides you with some information about why and how to create a will. Something to think about when considering the distribution of your estate is estate taxes. Many individuals choose to leave a portion of their estate to charitable organizations to reduce the burden of estate taxes.

In addition to naming Phi Mu Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, you can benefit the Foundation during your lifetime with gifts of annuities and trusts, appreciated assets such as stocks and mutual funds, gifts of life insurance, gifts of real estate or other property.

Those Phi Mus who make a planned gift to Phi Mu Foundation will be welcomed into the Foundation's Fidelity Society. Just let the Foundation office know of your planned gift, and you will receive a Fidelity Society lapel pin; a leather bookmark; a copy of the Biennial Donor Report, in which members will be listed; the Foundation's newsletter The Cornerstone, and recognition at National Conventions.
