Where Do I Find. . .
?
You know you're supposed
to update your address with
Phi Mu Fraternity when you
move, but you're not sure
how to do it. Or, you really
want to write a recommendation
for a potential member,
but you can't locate the
form. Have no fear. Phi
Mu is here to show you how
to find the information
you're seeking.
Address Updates:
The easiest way to update
your contact information
(name, e-mail, |

or phone number) is to click on
the link at the top
of the Forever
Phi
Mu e-newsletter that says "Update
Address". In your e-mail, you
can make the process easier for
the Headquarters staff by including
your maiden name, chapter and initiation
year along with your updated information.
Aglaia Issues:
If you're not receiving your issues
of The Aglaia, it's most
likely because Phi Mu does not have
your current mailing address. Just
follow the instructions above for
updating your address so you can
start receiving the Phi Mu magazine
once again.
Introduction and Other Forms:
The Fraternity has done a great
job of putting all pertinent forms
on the Web. Just log in to the private
side of the Phi Mu web site and
click on the alumnae section, following
along to the forms link. Having
trouble logging in? Just call the
Headquarters to verify your login
and password.
Badges:
If you're interested in adding
a beautiful badge to your collection
or to replace a missing badge, you're
in luck! The Fraternity has a wide
selection of used badges that can
be purchased at a reduced price.
Simply call the Headquarters for
more information.
Joining an Alumnae Chapter:
The easiest way to find out
more about joining or starting an
alumnae chapter is to click on the
link at the bottom of this Forever
Phi Mu e-newsletter that says "Alumnae
Chapter Membership". You will
be directed to the Fraternity web
site for more information.
Giving:
To make a gift to Phi Mu Foundation,
just visit the Online Donations
section of the Foundation's web
site.
Most of your inquiries can be solved
by simply calling the Headquarters.
Now that the new headquarters is
completed, you may need to update
your contact information. Here is
