New
Volunteer Orientation to Take Place in January
Phi Kappa Psi is happy to announce the recreation
of a program intended to help the Fraternity’s dedicated
alumni volunteers. New Volunteer Orientation (NVO)
will take place January 25-27, 2008 at the national
headquarters in Indianapolis. This program is designed
to educate and inspire all volunteers who currently
serve within a house corporation, |
 |
chapter advisory board or alumni association. Each participant
will receive detailed training on how to achieve the most
within their position and how to work collaboratively
with other alumni volunteers and undergraduates.
The program coincides with the President’s Leadership
Academy, Phi Psi’s groundbreaking undergraduate leadership
program. Alumni will share programming and space with
some of Phi Psi’s best and brightest young leaders for
the weekend. Enjoy great brotherhood while learning from
some seasoned volunteers and nationwide experts.
Thanks to the generosity of the Phi Psi Foundation,
the cost per alumnus for NVO is just $150 and includes
all travel costs, lodging and most meals during the
weekend. For more information on attending this winter’s
NVO, please contact Will Haskett, Butler ‘00, Director
of Alumni Services, at WLH@phikappapsi.com
or 317-275-3415. This program is open to any alumnus
who wishes to learn more about what it takes to be a
strong volunteer within Phi Kappa Psi. |
