There's a New Kid in Town

Actually, it's just a new type of rushee. He's more concerned with grades and wants to know how affiliation with a fraternity will make him more successful in college, help him find money to pay for it and ensure he has a job waiting when he graduates. It's a challenging market segment for chapters who haven't updated the way they recruit new members, but offers fantastic benefits when new members join. The problem? These men rarely seek out fraternity membership.

A number of Phi Psi chapters have figured out how to find and market to these men, and it's a far cry from what might have worked in past decades.
