Last Chance to Register for New Volunteer Orientation

Phi Kappa Psi has reintroduced the New Volunteer Orientation (NVO) program for 2008 and alumni volunteers are encouraged to attend. The weekend of comprehensive alumni training will take place from January 25-27 at Phi Kappa Psi's new headquarters, Laurel Hall.

NVO will coincide with the Presidents Leadership Academy, Phi Psi's groundbreaking leadership program. Curriculum will overlap in some areas; however there will also be breakout sessions for alumni only to learn the skills and tactics necessary to be a successful volunteer on a House Corporation, Chapter Advisory Board or Alumni Association.

This is an excellent opportunity for new volunteers or alumni who simply want to learn more. The Fraternity staff recommends having only 1-2 alumni per corporation try to attend. NVO will be an annual event, so you'll have many opportunities to learn.

Thanks to a grant from the Phi Psi Foundation, the weekend costs just $150 per participant. The price includes two nights of lodging, travel expenses (airfare or mileage reimbursement), most meals and all conference fees. For more information and to register please visit the Fraternity’s website.
