The Chairman of our Board reminded me in a recent email that our ministry at Leadership Network had tripled in the past 3 years. That is certainly a rapid rate of growth.
That includes growth in our core Leadership Communities, the addition of new communities, the scope and reach of our concept tools and research, book sales, the addition of our European initiatives, and a rapidly growing Halftime division which includes a Strategic Church Process. Our Board of Trustees has approved a record budget for 2008 and they have commitments for most of those funds from a group of visionary investors who desire to see Leadership Network fulfill its mission of "Connecting Innovators to Multiply."
