1. I've heard that surveys from NACBA and the Mega Church group and they say just the opposite. Salaries are flat for 2009.

2. While the survey is encouraging, I would suggest that the limited range on the upper end of church size could be presenting misleading findings. It is possible that the churches with attendance less than 1,499 (which is probably a major representative segment) are experiencing different results. It would be interesting to see what those figures are as well so that we are sure we have the correct total picture.
