2. I find it interesting that they don't feel pastoral yet keep the title of pastor. I'm sure this is out of comfort, tradition, etc... but I still find it interesting.

3. Reading this reaffirms my calling and contentedness in small church ministry where I am in touch with the flock I serve. I also appreciate the opportunities for evangelism with those not yet believerfollowers of Christ as well as involvement in the pastoral side of ministry with our people and their extended families. I am friends with several mega church pastors in our area and I pray for them to be as "contently excited and motivated" by their ministries as I am with mine.
