FEATURE: Putting the Fun in Fundraising at Convention!

Beta Alpha collegians and advisors including Helen M. Dodge recipient, Linda Babcock (center) proudly display their awards at a previous Convention
The Foundation hopes all Convention attendees will plan to be a part of the fun and share the Gift of Sisterhood this summer in Phoenix! There'll be new events, some tried-and-true favorites and lots of opportunities to enjoy one another as we raise funds for important Sorority programming.

EVERYONE
will love the royal atmosphere of the traditional Foundation Luncheon as we honor our collegiate chapter advisors as "queens for the day"! You'll also all enjoy the ever-popular Crescent Grams. Give a personal message and heart to one of your sisters for only $1. Sisters across the country and Canada will be vying for the fabulous items in the Opportunity Drawing and Silent Auction. A $5 winning ticket or the top bid could mean jewelry, electronics, vacation home stays, unique Gamma Phi Beta items, accessories, spa packages and more. The Foundation accepts cash, checks or charge. For sisters not attending Convention, place your bids or order tickets now from the Foundation office.

Be prepared to jump out of the heat and into the new regional fundraising competition. Quest for the Crescent provides an opportunity for regions to win recognition! A personal, tax-deductible unrestricted gift of $10 or more is all it takes to enter and also qualifies you for a complimentary Opportunity Drawing Ticket. You and your region both could be winners!

VOLUNTEER LEADERS, formerly known as international officers, look forward to their day of training on Tuesday. A $10,000 contribution from our Trustees helped make this possible. Foundation Trustees join these leaders for dinner and a pre-opening of the Foundation Room that evening.

COLLEGIANS will be talking about the Collegiate Bash as a highlight during their time in Phoenix. Dueling pianos will set the tone for singing and sisterhood as they learn more about the Foundation and have the chance to win fabulous educational prizes.

DONORS will enjoy a moment in the spotlight as the Foundation pays tribute to them for their generous support.

At the Friends of the Foundation Breakfast, we'll celebrate the support of sisters who have a lifetime giving history of $250 or more with a delicious breakfast and commemorative gifts. Attendees will hear the personal stories of two sisters who have benefited from the support by the Foundation's donors. Many scholarship and leadership award recipients will be recognized.
The Foundation will honor generous alumnae who have contributed $1,000 or more this fiscal year, major gift donors, Tau Epsilon Pi Society members, and other VIP guests at a VIP Reception prior to the Awards Dinner.
We'll recognize our sisters who have given an annual, unrestricted gift of $1,874 or more this fiscal year or a major gift at the The 1874 Society & Major Gift Donors Luncheon. The

Distinguished donors will enjoy a luncheon at the Wrigley Mansion

Wrigley Mansion, located on a hill just above the Arizona Biltmore with incredible views of Phoenix, will be the perfect site to honor the members of this distinguished group. Dr. Karen Holbrook (Wisconsin-Madison), President, Ohio State University, will be our speaker and a tour of the mansion will follow the luncheon.

We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix when we fund- and friend-raise for the Foundation!
