Gamma Phi Beta Sorority will receive the On Behalf of Youth Award from Camp Fire USA for the Sorority's belief in and generous support of youth programs! Camp Fire USA only gives this honor when recognition is warranted. They will present the award on Saturday, October 29, 2005 during their National Leadership Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. René Matz Thompson (California State-Fullerton) Sorority Director - Philanthropy, Joyce Cole Hultgren (Wichita State) Greater Kansas City Alumnae Chapter President, and Tucky Wheeler Hobbs (Iowa) Greater Kansas City Alumnae Chapter President Emeritus will accept the award.
