Executive Vice President, Finance

Mona Gaglione has spent the majority of her career with growth-oriented companies in the commercial real estate, communications technology and professional fundraising sectors. She has gained a reputation as a financial leader providing guidance that creates value for the companies she serves. Mona currently serves as executive vice president of finance for Pursuant, where she is responsible for the overall financial management of the company.

Prior to joining Pursuant in January 2011, Mona was the vice president of finance for KMA Direct Communications, Inc., a recognized leader in nonprofit fundraising services. Her strengths are in her ability to develop process and systems reporting that provide the key performance indicators that CEOs need to execute the vision of a fast-growing company.

Prior to KMA, Mona served as the senior financial executive for two communication technology startups, ramping up their systems to achieve worldwide product distribution and providing leadership in the execution of debt and equity transactions during the development and subsequent merger with international publicly traded companies. During her tenure in commercial real estate, Mona provided financial expertise to a large Canadian development company that built and managed large-scale urban office properties and then to an asset management firm where she managed 21 properties.

Mona resides in Plano, Texas with her husband, John. In her free time she enjoys travelling to Georgia to spend time with her son and his family. In Texas, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Stacia and her family as well as reading, photography and travelling.
