One of the secrets every effective agency knows is how to serve their clients. After 14 years of experience in client service, Karen Burman has this down. As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Karen provides strategic and creative support, leadership, and guidance to Pursuant’s valued account groups.  With a deep passion and knowledge for each client’s mission, Karen leads the account team to develop and implement plans that will reflect the client’s vision and Pursuant’s best strategic and creative work—on time and on budget.

During her KMA/Pursuant career, Karen has fully managed all aspects of the direct mail, acquisition, telemarketing and data analytics work for the Alliance Defense Fund, International Bible Society, Family Research Council, Moody Bible Institute, and Coral Ridge Ministries, among others.  In addition, she has been responsible for training and mentoring account and project managers.  And extending through every interaction is Karen’s strong commitment to be an ambassador for the client, ensuring that their budget, creative direction, and mission are implemented in every phase of service.

Before joining KMA, Karen served with Josh McDowell Ministry, working in major donor development and as the interim communications director.  Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Biola University.
