A listener and a strategist, Allison Lewis Lodhi, CFRE, excels at identifying organizational opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives and maximizing resources. These talents inform her approach to consulting in her role as a vice president for Pursuant where she evaluates and develops integrated, cross-channel fundraising strategies that are holistic, scalable and focused on results. Allison loves to build; create positive change; and help people and organizations realize their full potential. Her expertise includes annual and mid-level fundraising, stewardship strategy, and effective nonprofit leadership and management.

Allison has led and overseen engagements with many notable nonprofits. Some of these include: Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Crisis Assistance Ministry, Fashion Institute of Technology, James Madison University, McMurry University, Pepperdine University, Polytechnic University of New York (NYU Poly), Project Management Institute Educational Foundation, Rice University, Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation, University of Kentucky, University of Notre Dame, University of South Carolina and Western Kentucky University.

Allison’s experience includes the perspective of having been a five-year client of Pursuant prior to joining the company in June 2009. By leveraging innovative uses of data and new media at all levels of the donor pyramid, Allison led the Sigma Kappa Foundation to net asset growth of more than 78 percent during her tenure as its executive director. Previously, Allison served the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology during the successful $1B Campaign for IUPUI. Her career began as a top recruiter for the Walt Disney World Company and as a freelance writer.

In addition to being a CFRE, Allison holds a Master of Arts degree in philanthropic studies from The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. A frequent speaker on emerging fundraising trends, Allison has presented at ADRP, AFP International, CASE, and the Women and Philanthropy Symposium, among others. She chaired the Institute for Greek Advancement for five of its formative years and continues to focus her volunteerism on providing educational and leadership opportunities for girls and women. Anglophile (complete with British husband), mom, writer and world traveler, Allison resides in Fishers, Ind., and is adding as many adventures to her “life list” as she is successfully checking off.
